- To respond to your enquiry, arrange a site survey and prepare a quote — on the basis of taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
- To deliver and manage any work you engage us for — on the basis of performing our contract with you.
- To keep proper business, accounting and warranty records — on the basis of our legal obligations and legitimate interests.
We do not send marketing unless you have asked us to, and you can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with

- trusted subcontractors and suppliers, only as needed to quote for or carry out your project;
- service providers who help us run the business (for example our website hosting and email providers), who act on our instructions;

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and a reasonable period afterwards. Where we carry out work for you, we keep project, financial and warranty records for as long as required for legal, tax and guarantee purposes (generally up to six years, or longer where a guarantee applies).
